Valerie Pennock, Senior Living Consultant
Valerie was born and raised in Atlanta, GA but felt the pull of the Rocky Mountains and moved to Denver 21 years ago. She earned her Bachelors degree from the University of Georgia and after a long career in Television and Radio, Valerie began her journey in Senior Living as the Marketing Liaison for InnovAge. “From the moment I walked into the InnovAge Johnson Adult Day Program, I knew I had found my calling. I fell in love with the residents and the idea that I could have a career in helping find solutions for seniors and their families.
And that is what I have been blessed to be able to do for almost ten years now!” Valerie continued her success as the Sales and Marketing Director for Brookdale Highlands Ranch and then Cherry Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care. “In the last ten years, I have met with thousands of families each with uniquely individual challenges. I founded Senior Living Navigation so that I can utilize my invaluable experience to help you and your family find the right solution!”

As a 5th-generation Coloradan, Jennifer brings a deep-rooted connection to her community and a passion for serving others. Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Jennifer’s commitment to empowering individuals and families has been a driving force throughout her life. She is a proud alumna of Saint Mary’s Academy and Colorado State University, where she cultivated the skills and values that guide her work today.
Jennifer’s journey in senior living began in 2012, and she has since dedicated her career to supporting older adults and their families through transitions in independent living, assisted living, and memory care. With over a decade of experience, she has developed a profound understanding of the unique needs of seniors and the complexities of navigating senior living options.
Jennifer’s work at both Harvard Square and Cherry Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care has instilled in her a strong sense of advocacy and community engagement, which she continues to embody in her role as a senior living specialist. Her personalized approach, combined with her extensive knowledge of the senior living, ensures that families feel informed, supported, and confident in their decisions.
